Once logged in to your account, the History of Changes report lets you see all the changes you have made to your Protection Settings.
This is useful to confirm that all of your changes are correctly in the system. It also adds an extra layer of security, in that any change to the protection settings will be logged for your review. Therefore, even if your password is compromised, noone can make changes to the protection levels without your knowledge.
